Christian Lenz is an experienced design expert with over 20 years of experience in User Experience (UX) and Service Design. As Head of Design at Ergosign, he leads our Design Department. In this role, he works closely with prominent clients from the automotive, financial services, and media sectors to develop innovative, user-centered solutions. Throughout his extensive career, his focus has always been on improving user experiences and establishing design cultures within organizations. Prior to his role at Ergosign, Christian gained valuable experience as a design consultant and in senior design positions at Fjord.

Stefan Schulz is UX Director and Head of Site Munich at Ergosign.
With nearly 20 years of experience in designing intelligent interfaces, particularly in the field of voice and gesture control, he brings in-depth knowledge to the development of innovative, user-centered AI solutions. He is particularly fascinated by the potential of AI to drive the digitalization of the German Mittelstand and accelerate modernization through creative approaches. Prior to his work at Ergosign, Stefan worked for over 12 years at the Volkswagen Group, where he implemented groundbreaking UX innovations for automotive HMIs and connected products. Today, he uses his expertise to develop forward-thinking solutions for a wide range of industries.
