As a UX Researcher, you will advise and support clients of various industries and sizes on all aspects of user research, UX evaluation and validation. You are driven to identify the needs, motivations and challenges of users and derive user requirements. You are confident in planning qualitative and quantitative user research methods, their implementation and evaluation. You have (initial) practical experience in the application and analysis of contextual inquiries, can carry out analytical inspections and design, moderate and evaluate empirical evaluations with users. You find UX metrics and methods for collecting and interpreting them exciting. You are confident in presenting and justifying your results and actively contribute to their consideration in subsequent design phases.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will also coordinate projects to develop holistic UX concepts as well as the planning, implementation and content evaluation of user research measures.

Your skills

  • Degree in the fields of (cognitive) psychology/cognitive science or human factors.

  • As Senior Researcher: At least three years of professional experience in the field of UX research.

  • Enthusiasm for human-centered UX concepts.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and a very organized and structured way of working.

  • Ability to balance design, innovation and usability.

  • Continuous willingness to learn new methods of UX research and adapt them pragmatically to project circumstances.

  • Convincing communication skills, empathy, team player.

  • Basic knowledge of software development processes.

  • You are fluent in German and English.
